In DataDynamic it is really easy to sort tables based on data.

In the "Scrapbook" or "Workbook" tab select the table you want to sort, then click on the "Ascending" or "Descending" button in the "Sorting and Topping" section in the top menu.

You should see the order of the table change immediately (unless the order doesn;t change).

You can click on any column in the table to change the data used for sorting to the data in that column, the order should change immediatly.

To "top"a table, i.e. make a top 3 or top 5 click on the "Top table" button in the top menu, check the "Apply maximum row count" checkbox and set the number of rows you want to see.

Eventhough ordering works on combined tables, topping will not work on them.
