DataDynamic counts as default for the 'Total' the number of cases which in case of multiple variables could be different from the number of responses.
This is simply our default setting but it is possible to change it to calculate the desired percentage of responses. In most cases because the % of cases in the 'Total' end-up being higher than 100% whereas, counting responses they're summing exactly 100% (because multi-response are excluded).
To do this, once you're created your table, you can in the table maker change the percentage function 'PC' under 'Summeries' to function 'PCR' (Percentage Column to Percentage Column Responses)
