Yes it is possible and is a very straightforward kind of operation in DataDynamic Reporter. Once you have your table in Designer Mode, just click with the mouse over the cell you're interested to drill-down. A small pop-up window will appear, make sure 'Use cell as filter' option is checked and then click 'OK'.
Once you click 'Ok' you can verify in the bottom left of the screen's corner that the number of cases are now filtered and are exactly the same cases included that was counted on the cell. As example we generated the same table above, but now filtered. Not a useful table in normal reporting activities but just to show that now data refer to those specific cases (drilled-down, in this case the case amongst Country=Germany and Gender=Male).
