DataDynamic Reporter has a number of pre-defined table formats to choose from. You can also create your own formats or edit existing formats.

In Table Maker view go to 'Options' menu and choose 'Table Gallery'. The Table Gallery editor allows you to edit fonts, borders, spacing etc.

When you open the Table Gallery, you will be in the 'Intellex Default' view. This page contains the pre-defined table formats DataDynamic Reporter provides. It will be convenient to add your own page or pages (views) of table formats, once you have learned to create and edit table styles. To do so, use the 'Add Page' button.

On the right side of the Table Gallery, you will find buttons to create a new table format, or edit, copy and delete an existing format.

The easiest way to create your own customized table format is to copy an existing format (if you choose to start from scratch, you can use 'New table').

Once you have named the new table format, the Table Editor window will open up. You can edit each element of the table by selecting it from the list on the right hand side.

The Table Element Editor allows you to change the color, font, position, margin, etc. of each table element, by simply double-clicking on it.
