These are 2 distinctive cases in the way they're treated:


+ in case of rows/columns totally empty in the table (no data), if you want to hide them you simply need to click on 'Table options'->'Data options' tab and make sure to un-check the 'Keep NULL columns/rows' box, as shown in picture below

+ in case of specific cells that have value 0 (zero counts), if instead of showing the '0' value you like to show an empty cell, you simply need to click on 'Table options'->'Data options' tab and make sure to un-check the 'Show zero cells as blank' box, as shown in picture below
