Yes it is possible and is a very easy and straightforward operation that belongs to how to create target groups.

+ Click on the 'Target Group' icon under the 'Data file options' menu (Designer Mode)
+ The same pop-up window of when creating target groups will appear (in this case empty)
+ Click on the 'Import' button and choose the datafile (.ddf2) where the groups have been created. All the groups will now be displayed and you're now allowed to keep all of them or make selection.
