In DataDynamic it is possible to permanently link a variable with a weight variable. Simply follow these steps:
+ double click (editing) over the variable name of interest (the one you want to make linked with the weight)
+ insert the name of the variable that has to be considered as weight variable in the 'Linked Weight var' text box appearing on the right part of the screen. With the linked weight variable you can choose between variables from the variable list on the left side of the screen.
NB: Linking a variable to a weight variables means that every time you use the variable in the tables it will be automatically weighted for the link variable. In case you're running tables with other active weights, the effect will be multiplicative, and the weights will be multiplied.
