Exporting a .ddf2 file into a different file format (i.e. Spss, .TripleS, Excel, etc.) is really straightforward in DataDynamic Reporter.
The steps you need to follow are:
+ Open the .ddf2 file you want to Export with DataDynamic Report
+ Click on the 'Export' button in Editor view
+ A pop-up window will appear allowing you to give the file the desired name, put it in the right folder, but most important give it the right extension. Is here where you decide the format, so if you name your file test.sav it will be exported in SPSS format.
+ Click on 'Save' button
+ Another window will pop-up allowing you to export some selected variables or the entire dataset. Once the selection is done click 'OK'
NB: if you want to export a MS Excel file, you need to name the file using .csv as extension, which can then be opened using MS Excel
